We have developed a working process that we call Adaptive Diagnostic Design (ADD) to indentify areas of opportunity available in each project as well as to define tactics to achieve its full potential.
ADD is a continuous state of active awareness fueled by research, cross-pollination, and context sensitivity. It determines how we see, what we see, and what we do with what we see. The diagnosis is the core of our design strategy: it evaluates what may happen and explores the possibilities that could develop.
It also becomes a business strategy that has the power to go beyond what was originally asked. How we move from the generic to the specific and the resolution of a problem is informed by the attention we devote to what surrounds us; the selections we make; what matters to us; how we adapt these ideas; and how we adapt ourselves to these ideas simultaneously.
