The future developments along the edge of the site will constitute the first image of the Altozano Development viewed from the city. The new buildings with their varied heights, controlled views as well as their harmonic arrangement, will bring a mix of modernity to this area.
The Altozano Masterplan will define the functional and aesthetic forms of the buildings and their relationship to each other; it will help to generate green urban spaces of intimate scale and balance with its surroundings.
A vision for a sustainable community of mix uses that will encourage pedestrian friendly circulations, easy access to natural preserved areas, and the necessary provision of commercial and services on the ground level.
The master plan will link the entire development of Altozano and it will help to reduce the use of cars by promoting the use of bicycles and walking paths for its residents.
