We have developed a working process that we call Adaptive Diagnostic Design (ADD) to indentify areas of opportunity available in each project as well defining tactics to achieve its full potential.
ADD is a continuous state of active awareness fueled by research, cross-pollination, and context sensitivity. It determines how we see, and what we do with what we see. The diagnosis is the core of our design strategy: it evaluates what may happen and explores the possibilities that could develop.
It also becomes a business strategy that has the power to go beyond what was originally asked. How we move from the generic to the specific and the resolution of a problem is informed by the attention we devote to what surrounds us; the selections we make; what matters to us; how we adapt these ideas; and how we adapt ourselves to these ideas simultaneously.
