Albany is a luxury resort community located in New Providence, the most populous island in the Bahamas and home of the capital city of Nassau. Set on 600 oceanside acres, Albany provides customized experiences with a diverse range of amenities such as a mega-yacht marina, an 18-hole championship golf course, pools, restaurants, and spas, as well as a variety of residences.
The marina residences are arranged around the marina, this marina is designed to harbor up to 300 foot yachts. The residences are part of the resort’s master plan, and are meant to represent the highest level of cosmopolitan glamour and luxurious living. Top architects have designed the following residences: Charles (named after the late Charles Gwathmey), Gemini (HKS Architects), Orchid (Morris Adjmi Architects), Lantern (Morris Adjmi Architects), Honeycomb (BIG), and Cube (BIG). This twenty four unit building designed by Rojkind Arquitectos is called Prana.

Facing southwest towards the marina and gently turning towards the ocean, the residences in Prana offer a variety of floor plan configurations that suit the diverse lifestyles of its owners. Ranging in size from 3,200 to 8,500 square feet, the units have between three and eight bedrooms. The placement of the master bedrooms encourages a unique relationship between the private and public areas within each unit.
All units have private pools and deep balconies to provide an excellent outdoor space to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the marina and Albany. The outdoor experience becomes as essential as the interior one, because it reinforces a strong sense of community.
The pattern reflected on Prana’s façade, generated by its functionality, creates a strong dialogue with its neighbors: the Honeycomb, the Quarry and the recording studio on the plaza designed by BIG. By separating Prana into two volumes, a visual connection is generated between the adjacent buildings and future developments.
